The staff members were super-friendly and affable. the location was unbeatable and excellent for exploring Hanoi. - Close proximity to West Lake, Hanoi Old Town, and the center of the Old Quarter. - Discovering Café Miu's Coffee House, located just 1 km away, was a nice surprise.

The breakfasts here were pretty good and satisfying, plus you can enjoy a nice view while having your meal. the team working here provided a solid service 👍.

Surprisingly large and huge rooms with clean toilet as well as very comfortable beds, polite staff from both staff members. A wide range of delicious food at breakfast time.

The location was marvellous and perfect for exploring this good area, so close to Old Town and tourist destinations and the city center. There were central heating, flat screen TV with cable channels and a refrigerator in the room, really enjoyed that. The staff were enthusiastic and nice and took care of us.

I truly enjoyed the double room with very comfortable beds, wouldn't mind staying there all day. the venue's position was very central. - the employees were very welcoming and caring.
